Baked in a traditional Pullman pan, this loaf features a generous portion of our freshly stone-milled organic Spelt, a heritage grain prized for its delicate, sweet, and nutty flavor profile. To achieve a cloud-like, shreddable crumb without the use of commercial dough conditioners or cheap seed oils, we enrich the dough with cold-pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a touch of organic raw honey. Slowly cold-fermented to maximize digestibility, it boasts a beautifully soft, golden crust and a tender interior that stays fresh for days.
